How to track your Mama Jewels order
Whether you’ve placed an order recently, or plan to do so in the next two weeks leading up to Christmas, we just wanted to keep you informed of what we are doing as a business to get your orders to you, despite the ongoing strikes by Royal Mail.
We fully want to support Royal Mail and its staff, but on the days when strikes have taken place or are planned, we’ve been using alternative couriers DPD and EVRI who are also overworked and sometimes running a little behind, despite their best efforts.
We’ve had quite a few inquiries regarding delayed parcels and queries from our customers and we thought it best just to inform you on how to track your order.
HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER:
When you placed your order, our automated system sends
- an order email
- which is followed up with a dispatch email
- and an email with your tracking number and tracking link.
If you are unable to find your tracking email, please initially check your spam folder (many of our emails go there first 🤨) If you are still unable to find it, please contact email@example.com and we will resend your tracking information ASAP.
Unfortunately due to the sheer volume of Christmas gifts being purchased online across the country, Royal Mail strikes and extra pressure on other courier services, some areas are experiencing delays, so it is best to expect a bit of a delay at this busy time of year and make allowance for it.
