We can send it directly to the recipient of the gift for no extra charge and can also include a short message of your choice.

To do this please ensure that you use their address as the shipping address and include your message in the box at checkout.

As all invoices are sent via email we will not include an invoice in your parcel

What does this mean? It means that we are waiting for an item of stock, or component within a hamper that is due within the next 7 days. Therefore if you place an order for this item it will be delayed by approximately 7 working days while we are waiting for the stock to arrive. If in doubt please email

All shipping charges are now calculated based upon weight.

At checkout, you will be given the option to choose standard or NEXT DAY delivery

Standard Delivery

Due to the Handcrafted nature of our products, each item is made individually to order.

Therefore please expect to receive your order within 5 days of placing the order via Royal Mail although the usual turnaround time if as follows;

3 days order processing and dispatch + 2 days to allow for postage time – if in doubt please choose SPECIAL DELIVERY.

Please note that for silver personalised jewellery, finger, and handprint jewellery you need to leave sufficient time for us to send a kit out to you and return it and for the jewellery to be made. Please allow 4 weeks for these products!


Special delivery

Please choose this service for urgent orders.

Where the ‘Special delivery’ option is selected we will post out your order on the next working day after your order is placed. eg. Order placed at the weekend, order will be posted out on Monday and you will receive it on the Tuesday.

The inflated price of this service allows for your order to take priority over other orders and for the additional expense of postage for next day delivery.

Please remember that you will need to be available to sign for the parcel.


Shipping outside the UK

We are a UK based company but we are very happy to ship our products to you wherever you live worldwide.

Since March 2020 Covid-19 shipping delays, All overseas parcels are sent tracked.

If you live within the EU please choose ‘Europe’, If you live outside the EU please choose ‘Rest of world’ These charges are for standard airmail with is estimated at 10 days but has been known to take up to 30 days.

Backorder status

If the item you would like to order has the status ‘Available for Backorder’ at the bottom of the description it means that it is currently out of stock but we are just about to get some more of these items ready for dispatch. An item available on back order usually means that it will be available within 7 days of ordering.

If there is a long lead-in time for an item on Backorder we will email you to let you know and give you the option of choosing an alternative or canceling your order if you are not happy to wait. If in doubt, please email:


Returns process

Exchanging an item

If you would like to exchange your item for an alternative, please email us  to let us know which design you would like to exchange for – please state your original order number in your email.

You will need to return your original item and we will invoice / refund any difference in price for your exchange via Paypal. An additional post out charge is applicable.

Faulty items

If your item is faulty, please return to the following address complete with all labelling and packaging for a complete and full refund.
