Covid-19 information – Mama Jewels delivery information

We are currently accepting and fulfilling orders as normal, with the only exception that processing is approximately 5 days (normally 3-4) from the date you place your order.
Please note that we send parcels using Royal mail 2nd class. Royal mail is experiencing significant delays (our experience is 4-5 days from being posted but in some cases, it has been up to 10 days) Oversees parcels are taking up to 21 days. If you need your order urgently please contact us about using a NEXT DAY delivery option.

Please also check when you order that some items are on ‘backorder’ and will have a ‘Back in stock’ date on the product description.
Are you buying for a gift?
We can send directly to the recipient of the gift for no extra charge and can also include a short message of your choice.
To do this please ensure that you use their address as the shipping address and include your message in the box at checkout.
As all invoices are sent via email we will not include an invoice in your parcel

Due to the Handcrafted nature of our products, each item is made individually to order.
Therefore please expect your order to be dispatched within 5 days of placing the order.
Shipping is via Royal Mail 2nd Class and usually takes 3-4 after you receive your dispatch email from us – if in doubt please choose SPECIAL DELIVERY. (Currently only available at special request)
Please choose this service for urgent orders.
Where the ‘Special delivery’ option is selected we will post out your order on the next working day after your order is placed. eg. Order placed at the weekend, order will be posted out on Monday and you will receive it on Tuesday.
The inflated price of this service allows for your order to take priority over other orders and for the additional expense of postage for next day delivery.
Please remember that you will need to be available to sign for the parcel.
Shipping outside the UK
We are a UK based company but we are very happy to ship our products to you wherever you live worldwide.
At checkout you will be given the following options ( This is an example) ;
Delivery Location Standard Special delivery
Mainland United Kingdom: £3.95 £11.50
Europe: £5.50 N/A
Rest of the World: £7.50 N/A
If you live within the EU please choose ‘Europe’, If you live outside the EU please choose ‘Rest of world’ These charges are for standard airmail with is estimated at 10 days but has been known to take up to 30 days.

Back order status
If the item you would like to order has the status ‘Available for Backorder’ at the bottom of the description it means that it is currently out of stock but we are just about to get some more of these items ready for dispatch. An item available on back order usually means that it will be available within 7 days of ordering.
If there is a long lead in time for an item on Backorder we will email you to let you know and give you the option of choosing an alternative or canceling your order if you are not happy to wait. If in doubt, please email:
Exchanging an item
If you would like to exchange your item for an alternative, please email us email@example.com to let us know which design you would like to exchange for – please state your original order number in your email.
You will need to return your original item and we will invoice / refund any difference in price for your exchange via Paypal. An additional post out charge is applicable.
If your item is faulty, please return to the following address complete with all labelling and packaging for a complete and full refund.
