CAN I GET A DISCOUNT?

We offer a discount for first-time customers and periodically have special offers for VIP members on our mailing list. You can sign up to receive this discount at the bottom of our homepage here: 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Normally your order will be dispatched within 48 hours of our receiving your order. If placed at a weekend or on a bank holiday this time is extended until the soonest working day.

NEXT-DAY DELIVERY – If placed before midday (UK time) your order will be dispatched the same day and will arrive the next day via Royal Mail Special delivery – a signature will be required.

24-HOUR DELIVERY – Your order should arrive 1-2 days after dispatch

48-HOUR DELIVERY – Your order should arrive 2-3 days after dispatch.

I’VE PUT THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS ON MY ORDER

No problem we can get this amended for you if you call +7720890552 or send us a message on Whatsapp within 3 hours. Please include your name, order number, and the correct delivery address.

MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED

The first place to start is to check your tracking email which will have been sent to the email address included on your order. If you can’t find it, don’t worry, please email hello@mamajewels.co.uk with your name and order number and we’ll re-send it to you.

I CAN’T FIND MY ORDER EMAIL

Sometimes this goes to spam. Check your spam folder first and whitelist our email as you’ll be receiving emails as your order progresses. If you can’t find it in your spam please email us at hello@mamajewels.co.uk and we’ll resend it to you.

WHERE ARE MY TRACKING DETAILS?

When we dispatch your order, you will receive an email with tracking details and a link to the tracking site on it. Sometimes (rarely) this can land in your spam box. If you cannot find your tracking information email, please first check spam, and then email hello@mamajewels.co.uk and we’ll get that re-sent to you.

PREGNANCY SAFETY

All products on our website marked ‘pregnancy safe’ are created using approved pregnancy-safe essential oils, and foods and are alcohol-free.

SATURDAY DELIVERY

Saturday delivery is available but we admit it is expensive. We use Royal mail next-day Saturday delivery. Saturday deliveries can arrive on a Saturday from 8am in the morning up to 6pm in the evening.

PRICES

Our prices are competitively priced and based upon fair trade prices from our UK suppliers. The products we sell are all-natural, vegan approved, from UK small businesses.

NEXT-DAY DELIVERY

If you place your next-day delivery order by midday we will be able to get this out to you or your gift recipient the same day. After that time, your order will be sent out the following day and will be delivered the day after that using a next-day service. Due to the natural product range we stock, each hamper is made up individually and we need a cut off time each day.

RETURNS PROCESS

Exchanging an item – If you would like to exchange your item for an alternative, please email us hello@mamajewels.co.uk to let us know which design you would like to exchange for – please state your original order number in your email. You will need to return your original item and we will invoice/refund any difference in price for your exchange via Paypal. An additional post-out charge is applicable.

Faulty items – If your item is faulty, please return to the following address complete with all labeling and packaging for a complete and full refund.

Returning items – If you would like to return your item for any other reason, please return to the following address complete with all labeling and packaging for a full refund less postage charges.

MAMA JEWELS TEETHING JEWELLERY INFORMATION

Mama Jewels is the FIRST safety-tested brand of Baby-proof Nursing Teething jewellery in the UK market. We began selling in the UK in 2009.

All of our Mama Jewels jewellery (with the exception of personalised silver and gold items) is baby-proof, which means that it is strength tested, Non-toxic and can be washed.

As our products are made using the same materials that are used to create Toys, namely, wood, plastics and silicone our products are suitable for babies to use as a teething tool whilst being worn by the parent. Many of the best teething tools on the market combine a combination of hard and soft materials, perfect for relieving sore gums, and irritation and providing something safe for your little one to play with. Wearing a Mama Jewels necklace not only looks fabulous but provides your little ones with all those added benefits when Nursing or Teething.

We don’t use pop-open clasps, Instead of pop open clasps we use branded toggle clasps or branded tags which clearly show to our clients that they have an authentic Mama Jewels baby-proof product. Pop-open clasps are used in many Teething Nursing necklaces to improve safety and prevent breakage. The design and components we use to make our products give us complete confidence that we can guarantee that our jewellery won’t break. We don’t really like the way that pop-open clasps open up when pulled by the baby and your necklace ends up on the floor. Also, Pop open clasps are not chewable and if chewed by babies can be chewed out of shape and will not then close.

We don’t believe that pop-open clasps actually help to avoid strangulation. A child can be strangled using a very small length of cord whether it has a pop clasp or not. The most important SAFETY notice here is NOT TO LEAVE YOUR CHILD UNATTENDED WITH ANY CORD / STRING / ITEM THAT COULD CAUSE STRANGULATION.

Important SAFETY and design aspects:

  • Mama Jewels Mummy proof Jewellery is designed to be worn by Mums, not children!
  • Our jewellery carries a 0-3 warning as there is a risk of small parts and strangulation if you were to leave your child unattended with your jewellery.
  • Our jewellery is tested by a UKAS Independent test house for compliance with BS EN 71. Part 1, 2 and 3.
  • On-going strength testing is carried out in-house using a batch testing system where we batch test a number of necklaces each month or a when new consignment of materials are received, based upon a percentage of production. Records of this testing are available.
  • All of our products carry a 1 year no quibble guarantee.
